As a new entity, TRWC retains several outside grant writers to formalize proposals of support aligning Conservancy needs with the goals of funding agencies. Thus far, early support has been established with several funding entities:
- Black Swamp Conservancy / Clean Ohio Fund → Secured a major conservation easement assuring the permanence of the Toussaint Shooting Club.
- Ohio Department of Natural Resources / H2Ohio → Continued a long history of support with the ODNR as recognized by significant funding for fish passageways and dike repairs.
- National Fish & Wildlife Foundation / Save Our Great Lakes → Proposed collaboration to enhance tributary erosion repair. Funding pending.
